In the Timberwolf Den
With the completion of all our music tours and camps, there are only two events left to finish of our activities in the Fine Arts Department for the school year. The first is a concert featuring the school’s Jazz Choir, “A Joyful Noise”, and their guest performers “Harmony Through Harmony”. This concert takes place at the High River Municipal Library at 7:00 PM on May 29, 2012. Following that performance is our largest event of the year, our Summer Fine Arts Festival, which is currently accepting registrations. Singer Leanna Santangelo is our headline performer, and the Calgary Stampede Showband is returning once again this year. It is a free event, so mark it on your calendar to visit the Highwood Memorial Centre and George Lane Park for this artistic spectacular!

Fine Art is that in which the hand, the head, and the heart of man go together. - John Ruskin, 1819-1900
